// New tool: Backlink

Dear Client,

We are proud to announce the launch of a brand new promotion tool in your Backstage. Backlink makes it easy for artists and labels to promote their releases, allowing them to share a unique link to their music on streaming and download platforms.  Thanks to the “Pre-Save” feature, Backlink enables artists and labels to communicate about their music and develop their audience before release date.

Once your release is out, Backlink provides smart links to your music on Digital Music Services. You will find Backlink in your Backstage side navigation menu under the Promotion tab or you can access it here. We plan to add new features to Backlink in the near future, such as integrated analytics to understand fan behaviours; and as always, constant improvement in data transparency for artists and labels.

Your feedback are welcome.

// Datamusic : Apple Music Demographics Update

Dear Partner,

In a continuous effort to protect users anonymity on its platform, Apple Music recently changed its reporting method regarding unique listeners. This change requires us to update our unique listeners management system. Consequently, and to ensure service continuity, Apple Music demographic data visibility will be deactivated on Datamusic during this update, starting today. Nevertheless, Apple Music streaming data will still be available on your tool during this period.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue and will keep you updated on its resolution.

// Datamusic: Unavailable new Data

Dear Partner,

We are glad to inform you our tech team has fixed the issue regarding data unavailability in Datamusic.  All missing data is currently being processed and will be progressively integrated to your analytic tools starting end of the week. All gaps in your charts will be filled by May 22nd.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay and remain at your disposal for any additional information on this matter

// Datamusic : Unavailable Data

Dear partner,

We are experiencing some issues in our daily reports processing. Consequently, Daily Sales data will be temporarily unavailable starting May 6th.  You can still use your Datamusic tool for queries before this date.
We are doing everything we can to get the situation back to normal and will inform you as soon as this issue is resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

// Juno and Beatport Unavailability

Dear Partner,

Due to delivery issues, Juno and Beatport daily reports will be temporarily unavailable in your Daily Trends tool, possibly resulting in temporary drops in your charts that include download data, starting December 11th for Juno and February 15th for Beatport.

These gaps in your charts will be filled as soon as the issue is resolved and will have no impact on your revenues.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay and remain at your disposal for any question on this matter at support@mixnauten.com

// Deezer Daily Reports - Now Available

Dear Client,

As you may be aware, Deezer daily reports have not been available since September 6th 2015 due to an issue with Deezer’s reporting. We have been working to recover and ingest these reports, and as a result data from October 18th 2015 to January 9th 2016 is now available to view through Daily Sales. We are still working to ingest the remaining missing daily reports and hope to have these available very soon.

As usual, your Label Manager is available to answer any questions you may have on this.
